陈丽,1963年11月出生,教授,理学博士,毕业于山东大学物理学院凝聚态物理专业,山东大学(山东师范大学、韩国水原大学)博士生导师,齐鲁工业大学材料科学与工程学科硕士生导师,美国杜兰大学、犹他大学和英国兰卡斯特大学访问学者,现为齐鲁工业大学电子信息工程学院材料物理研究所所长,山东省教学名师,山东省中青年学术骨干,山东省优秀青年知识分子,山东省理论物理课程群(省级)教学团队负责人。

研究方向
1.低维材料的电子结构;2.磁学;3.微结构材料的设计。以第一性原理模拟为主要手段,研究Dirac费米子体系电子性质,探讨形成稳定拓扑绝缘体Dirac表面态的微观机制及其相应的量子反常霍尔效应,阐明界面效应对拓扑绝缘体材料电子结构、自旋结构及相关性质的调控机理及作用规律,为电子学器件提供物理依据。另外,针对材料表面系统易受空气和杂质等因素的影响,导致材料表面腐蚀的现象,从表面原子尺度的设计上寻求有效的结构成分,使表面电子的功函数提高,并有效阻止氢原子的介入,从而达到抗腐蚀能力的提高。

研究概况
先后主持六项国家自然科学基金项目,包括:国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题2项;国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;国家自然科学主任基金项目1项; 国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流项目1项。现主持一项山东省自然科学面上项目1项。承担两项山东省教育厅教学立项项目。曾获山东省教育厅教学成果二等奖。主讲的《热力学与统计物理》被评为山东省双语示范课程和山东省精品课程。近几年在《Nano Lett.》、《Phys. Rev. B》、《Carbon》、《Appl. Phys. lett》、《Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.》和《New J. Phys.》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表SCI论文和有影响的论文100余篇。获山东省教育厅高校优秀论文(科技进步)奖共11项,市级自然科学优秀(科研成果)学术论文奖14项。
